E-Z Patch: Quick and Easy Peel & Stick Repair

Instructions:
1. Measure the size of the area you need to repair.
2. E-Z Patch works on drywall, plaster, wood, and other surfaces. Even around corners!
3. Cut E-Z Patch to fit, adding at least ½ inch all around to overlap the healthy surface.
4. An alternate technique is to score the drywall around the edge of the patch and peel it back slightly. Slide the edges of the patch under that peeled layer. This will help ensure that the repair ends up flush with the wall.
5. E-Z Patch is self-adhesive--simply remove the backing and apply the patch.
6. Apply a thin coat of joint compound over the patch and the surrounding area.
7. Let dry.
8. Sand to smooth the finish. Apply additional coat of joint compound if needed.
9. For textured walls, use Spraytex aerosol texture on finished patch to match your current wall texture.
10. Allow to dry for 1-4 hours, then paint!
